Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction and close sales
- You’ll have the opportunity to treat each client interaction as an opportunity to educate & advise clients and round out their accounts
- With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be developing insurance quotes
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients with policy changes
Requirements
- An Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is Required
- Minimum of One Year Experience in Insurance Property and Casulaty Field
- A team player who can multi-task with the ability to prioritize
- A self-starter with Basic computer software knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette.
- Candidate must have consistent work history
